Day 1 – Arrival in Yogyakarta | Borobudur, Candirejo Village & Mendut Temple

Upon arrival in Yogyakarta, meet your driver and begin your cultural journey through Central Java.

Your first destination is the magnificent Borobudur Temple, the largest Buddhist monument in the world and one of Indonesia’s most important UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Admire the intricate stone carvings, impressive stupas, and fascinating history that dates back to the 9th century.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservations & Bookings

  • Reservations will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
  • Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal information exactly as stated on their passport or identification card.
  • Any costs arising from incorrect information provided by the guest shall be borne by the guest.

 

Deposit & Final Payment

  • A minimum deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required to secure accommodations and transportation arrangements.
  • Bookings are not guaranteed without a deposit.
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
  • For bookings made within 14 days prior to arrival, full payment is required upon confirmation.

 

Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

  • Refund amounts are calculated based on the total tour cost and exclude administration fees and bank charges.
  • More than 30 days before departure: 100% refund (excluding administration fees)
  • 15–30 days before departure: 75% refund
  • 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

 

Rescheduling Policy

  • Schedule changes may be requested up to 7 days before departure.
  • All changes are subject to availability of accommodations and transportation.
  • Additional fees may apply during peak seasons or if supplier rates change.

 

Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, floods, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of both parties, refund arrangements will follow the policies of hotels, transportation providers, and other service suppliers.

Guests are fully responsible for ensuring the validity and completeness of all travel documents.
